Repeat offender wearing 'Drunk Lives Matter' t-shirt charged with DUI
A man wearing a 'Drunk Lives Matter' t-shirt was arrested and charged with DUI last month, according to the Newville Police Department.
Police say they stopped 44-year-old Elwood R Gutshall III after they allegedly spotted him making several traffic violations just after midnight on March 19.
After stopping Gutshall, police said they determined he was driving under the influence of alcohol "beyond what he could safely operate a motor vehicle."
He was taken to Cumberland County Booking Center where it was determined he had a BAC of .217 percent.
He was charged with DUI highest rate, driving under DUI suspension and traffic violations.
