BALTIMORE, Md. (WBFF)--- After hearing testimony on Thursday, an Alabama judge dismissed the felony robbery charge against Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey today. Humphrey was arrested after an Uber driver alleged Humphrey stole a phone charger and got physical after the incident in January.

Another passenger in the vehicle testified the Uber driver was the aggressor and had some of the incident recorded.

According to the Tuscaloosa News, District Judge Joanne Jannik ruled there was no probable cause to believe Humphrey robbed an Uber driver in January. “The Court finds that the evidence presented does not support a finding that Mr. Humphrey knowingly obtained or exerted unauthorized control over the property of Mr. Patton, with intent to deprive him of his property,” Jannik wrote in the order, entered into online records just before 8 p.m. Friday.

Humphrey ended his rookie season with the Ravens as a full-time starter on defense.
