BALTIMORE, Md. (WBFF)--- McDonogh girls lacrosse and its historic run has come to an end. Notre Dame Prep upset McDonogh in the IAAM championship 10-8, a rematch of last year's title game.

That ends McDonogh's winning streak at 198 games. Their last loss was in 2009.

McDonogh had won the previous nine consecutive IAAM titles. This season was the first with Nancy Love in charge as head coach after Chris Robinson left the program earlier this year.

It's the Blazers first title since 2003.
